Le Méridien Nagpur Appoints Chef Pankaj Rana as Executive Chef

Le Méridien Nagpur has appointed Chef Pankaj Rana as Executive Chef, where he will lead culinary operations and oversee the hotel’s food and beverage department. He brings international experience across the United Kingdom and India, along with exposure to both luxury hospitality and large-scale food service formats.
In his new role, Chef Rana will be responsible for kitchen operations, menu development, and overall culinary execution. His focus will include maintaining food quality, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and aligning offerings with brand standards. He will also work closely with food and beverage teams to enhance dining experiences while supporting operational efficiency.
Chef Rana began his career in the United Kingdom with Ramada and Royal Highland Scotland, gaining exposure to European culinary practices and international hospitality standards. He later joined ITC Hotels, where he developed experience in regional Indian cuisine and five-star hospitality operations.
Chef Rana specialises in global cuisine, combining international techniques with contemporary presentation.
