Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Appoints Antonino Silvestro as Commercial Director

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has appointed Antonino Silvestro as Commercial Director, adding to its leadership team as the resort continues its commercial operations in the luxury hospitality segment.

In his new role, Antonino will oversee the resort’s commercial functions, including sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution, public relations, and business development.

He joins the property from Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa in Croatia, where he served as Commercial Director and was involved in managing commercial performance and market outreach. Prior to that, he was part of the leadership team at The Biltmore Mayfair, LXR Hotels & Resorts in London, where he contributed to the hotel’s pre-opening phase and positioning.

Antonino has over a decade of experience with Hilton, working across multiple properties in Europe. His professional background includes responsibilities in commercial strategy, team leadership, and market development.

At Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, his role will involve overseeing commercial strategy, supporting market expansion, and working with partners across the travel and hospitality sectors. His focus is expected to include digital channels, customer engagement, and alignment with evolving travel trends.

The appointment comes as the resort continues to operate within a competitive luxury hospitality market, where demand patterns and customer preferences continue to evolve.
