Chef Mohd Faisal Qureshi Appointed Head Chef at The Westin Mumbai

Chef Mohd Faisal Qureshi has been appointed as the Head Chef at The Westin Mumbai. He brings over 14 years of experience in the hospitality and culinary industry across India and overseas markets.
Chef Faisal holds extensive expertise in Awadhi & Mughlai Cuisine, menu development, kitchen management, budgeting, procurement, inventory control, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, team leadership and customer-focused culinary innovation.
Over the course of his career, Chef Faisal has led key fine dining operations, managed high-volume catering for prestigious events, and conducted multiple food promotions across different cities in India.
Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai, Chef Faisal has worked with recognized hospitality brands including JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh, where he served as Master Chef, Trident Hyderabad as Chef De Partie, and Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal as Chef De Partie.
Speaking on his appointment, Chef Mohd Faisal Qureshi expressed enthusiasm about joining the hospitality brand and contributing to its culinary vision through innovation, authenticity, and guest-centric dining experiences.
