Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur Marks 11 Years with Community-Focused CSR Initiatives
CSR activities include meal distribution and temple cleaning drive in Kolhapur
Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur marked its 11th anniversary by organizing a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focused on community welfare.
As part of the anniversary activities, the hotel team distributed freshly prepared meals to families of patients at Chhatrapati Pramilaraje Hospital. The meals were planned by the hotel’s Head Chef, with an emphasis on balanced, nourishing food. Team members participated in the distribution, engaging directly with families and offering support during a difficult time.
Temple cleaning drive organized with municipal support
In addition, the hotel conducted a temple cleaning drive at Shree Mahalaxmi Temple in collaboration with the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. Employees from different departments participated in the activity, contributing their time to maintaining cleanliness at the site.
The initiative also encouraged teamwork and a shared sense of responsibility among staff members, while supporting local civic efforts.

Mukesh Rakshit, General Manager of Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur, said the anniversary provided the team with an opportunity to engage in activities that benefit the community. He noted that such efforts are part of the organisation’s approach to social responsibility and team engagement.
These initiatives reflect the hotel’s continued involvement in community-based activities alongside its operations in the hospitality sector.
