Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur Introduces AI-Powered Service Robots

Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur has introduced two AI-powered service robots as part of its ongoing focus on technology-led service enhancement and guest experience. The initiative marks a move towards integrating smart solutions into day-to-day hospitality operations in Kolhapur, while continuing to emphasize personalized service.
The deployment includes a Lobby Service Robot, which greets guests on arrival and offers drinks and water, and a Restaurant Service Robot at Moon Tree Café, designed to assist with food delivery. The robots are intended to support the service team by navigating guest areas smoothly, helping improve service flow and consistency, particularly during peak hours.

Mukesh Rakshit, General Manager of Sayaji Kolhapur, said the introduction of AI-powered robots reflects the hotel’s approach to combining technology with hospitality values. He noted that the initiative aims to improve operational efficiency while ensuring guest interactions remain warm and human-led.
