Royal Orchid Expands Footprint with Regenta Place Baddi in Himachal
Continuing its growth in Himachal Pradesh, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has signed a new 43-key Regenta Place in Baddi, marking another step in its North India expansion.
The addition supports the group’s strategy of entering high-potential, underpenetrated markets and meeting the growing demand for quality hospitality outside metro areas. The resort, developed in partnership with Sarvan Kumar, Director of The Golden Castle, is slated to open in September 2025 and will operate under a management agreement. It reflects ROHL’s asset-light model and commitment to offering culturally rooted stays with modern amenities.
Regenta Place Baddi is situated in the Shivalik Hills, within a prominent pharmaceutical and industrial area, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. The planned amenities include a rooftop restaurant and bar, all-day dining options, a spa, a gym, a rooftop pool, and a kids’ zone. Additionally, the hotel features 5,627 square feet of banquet space, a 1,482 square foot conference hall, and a 10,000 square foot lawn, making it an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) gatherings.
