APPOINTMENT
Renaissance Goa Hotel has announced the appointment of Johny Joy as its new Director of Operations.
Johny brings over 14 years of leadership experience across international luxury hospitality brands, with expertise in operations, team leadership, rooms division, food & beverage, and support functions.
Over the course of his career, Johny has overseen complex hotel operations featuring multiple dining venues, extensive recreational facilities, and large-scale banquet and event spaces.
He has also been recognised with several industry accolades, including the Hotel F&B Manager of the Year, 2024 by the FHRAI.
Commenting on his appointment, Johny Joy, said, “Renaissance is a brand that celebrates discovery, creativity, and authentic experiences. Being part of the launch phase of Renaissance Goa is both exciting and deeply rewarding.
