APPOINTMENT
Raffles Udaipur has appointed Shri Raj Goswami as the Director of Food & Beverage.

Shri Raj brings over 12 years of extensive experience across famous global luxury hospitality brands.
In his new role, Shri Raj will lead the operations of Raffles Udaipur’s dining portfolio which comprises of nine restaurants and bars, as well as the resort’s banquet and event offerings. His leadership will play a key role in elevating the culinary experiences.
Prior to joining the property, Shri Raj served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz Carlton, Pune, where he was responsible for six restaurants and bars, in-room dining, and banquet operations.His professional journey includes tenures at The Four Seasons in Maldives and Bahrain, The Oberoi in Agra, and Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur.
