Radisson Blu Greater Noida Expands Outdoor Catering Services

As demand for personalized celebrations and customised corporate events continues to grow, Radisson Blu Greater Noida has expanded its outdoor catering services across Delhi NCR, bringing its hospitality and culinary offerings to venues chosen by clients.

The hotel will cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, private celebrations, corporate conferences, institutional gatherings, product launches and brand activations. The service is designed to deliver the hotel experience beyond its premises through customized menus and dedicated event support.

The expansion comes as India’s weddings and events sector continues to grow, with increasing demand for destination weddings, home celebrations, farmhouse events, corporate campuses and other bespoke venues. In Greater Noida and Noida, ongoing infrastructure development, residential projects, business hubs, educational institutions and the upcoming Noida International Airport are contributing to rising demand for organised outdoor catering.

Drawing on more than 14 years of experience in hosting banquets and events, the hotel offers catering solutions for gatherings ranging from 50 to more than 1,000 guests. Led by Director of Culinary Chef Anuj Kapoor, the catering team provides on-site food preparation and service, as well as freshly prepared packed meals for corporate meetings, conferences, seminars and institutional events.

The catering menu includes Indian and international cuisines, live cooking stations, festival menus, afternoon tea and cocktail selections, corporate lunch boxes, Jain and vegan options, along with customised dietary meals. Food is prepared in an FSSAI-certified kitchen and transported using temperature-controlled systems to maintain quality and hygiene.

Commenting on the initiative, Mukul Agnihotri, Director of Sales, Radisson Blu Greater Noida, said today’s hosts increasingly seek personalised experiences for weddings, corporate functions and family gatherings. He added that the hotel’s outdoor catering service aims to provide customised menus and professional event execution at locations selected by clients.
