Radisson Blu Dwarka has announced the appointment of Prateek Bhatnagar as its new head of Food and Beverage.

Prateek Bhatnagar has a career spanning over 20 years where he has worked with big names like the Taj Group of Hotels, The Imperial, Kempinski, Jaypee, Marriott, and Amaya Resorts Maldives before joining Radisson. Bhatnagar is an expert in the field of culinary and hotel management, which is why Radisson Blu Dwarka looks at him to improve their guest dining experiences.

At Radisson Blu Dwarka, Bhatnagar will look over the operations pertaining to food and the beverage sector in the hotel. He will also be overlooking the signature restaurants of the hotel as well as the food and drinks served for in-room dining, banquets, and other meeting spaces.
