JW Marriott Goa’s New Director of Operations: Annam Lubana

JW Marriott Goa has appointed Annam Lubana as the new director of operations for the hotel.

Annam Lubana began her career with rooms division and then was promoted to the current position of director of rooms. She has also worked with big names like JW Marriott Pune, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar as well as the Oberoi Group of Hotels. She has been awarded with titles like Digital Guest Experiences Trailblazer, representing the Asia Pacific region, and Operations Leader of the Year in 2023. At JW Marriott Goa, her focus will be key operations departments like food, beverage, front office, housekeeping, spa, culinary etc., to ensure best quality of service for the guests.

Lubana has a post-graduate diploma from Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, as well as a degree in hospitality and hotel administration from Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai. She was also the winner of the T. R. Oberoi Gold Medal in Academic Excellence as a Guest Services Management Associate. In her new role, Annam Lubana aims to work hard to ensure that the standard of JW Marriott Goa reaches new heights of excellence in the hospitality sector as well as provides guests with the best experience.
