Qatar Airways returns to Web Summit Qatar as the Official Lifestyle and Travel Partner for the third consecutive year, presenting a range of intuitive, user-led airline products designed to personalize the passenger experience and support industry innovation.
Focusing on the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of travel, the airline’s innovations are designed to support travellers at every stage of the journey—from inspiration and discovery to engagement and rewards.
Qatar Airways is showcasing its latest digital, loyalty, and experiential offerings at the Innovation Capsule within the Qatar Airways Pavilion from 1–4 February 2026.
Discover intuitive search with ‘Q Search’
Visitors to Web Summit Qatar are invited to experience Q Search, a new airline industry solution designed to deliver instant answers across Qatar Airways’ products and services. Using natural language, users can ask questions and receive conversational, context-aware responses, creating a more intuitive way to interact with the airline’s digital ecosystem.
The initiative forms part of Qatar Airways’ broader focus on enhancing digital services and loyalty engagement through customer-centric design.
Explore ‘Infinite Awards’

Qatar Airways Privilege Club is introducing Infinite Awards, a conversational, AI-powered inspiration tool that helps members set travel goals, understand how to earn Avios, and plan future journeys through simple prompts.
The platform provides personalised destination ideas and highlights everyday opportunities to collect Avios, helping members better understand how their lifestyle activities can contribute to future travel plans.
A gift of hope through Avios donations
Privilege Club members can choose to donate their Avios to the Education Above All Foundation via the Qatar Airways website and app.
Education Above All supports access to quality education worldwide and promotes inclusive and sustainable development across communities.
Everyday rewards with Himyan cards
In collaboration with the Qatar Central Bank, Privilege Club is extending loyalty beyond travel by partnering with Himyan, Qatar’s national prepaid card. The initiative supports the country’s digital payments ecosystem and aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030.
Himyan cardholders can earn 1 Avios for every QAR 8 spent on eligible online or point-of-sale transactions. Additional Avios can be earned through card-linked offers at participating Privilege Club partner outlets across retail, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors in Qatar.

New partnership with Mowasalat ‘Karwa’
Qatar Airways has announced a new partnership with Mowasalat, which operates under the Karwa brand. Through this collaboration, Privilege Club members will be able to earn or spend Avios on taxi and chauffeured services in Qatar by linking their Privilege Club and Karwa Taxi app accounts.
Avios and Nojoom enhancements
Following Privilege Club’s expanded partnership with Ooredoo, members will benefit from updated conversion ratios:
4:1 when converting Nojoom Points to Avios
