David Stanley De Brito to lead operations at upcoming Pullman hotel in Ninh Binh

Pullman Hotels & Resorts has appointed David Stanley De Brito as General Manager of Pullman Ninh Binh, which is scheduled to open on 1 May 2026.

The hotel will be the first internationally branded property in Ninh Binh, a destination in northern Vietnam recognised for its natural landscapes and cultural heritage, including UNESCO-listed sites.

Leadership experience across international markets

David Stanley De Brito brings more than three decades of experience in the hospitality sector, with roles spanning Asia, Europe and the Middle East. His background includes hotel openings, operational management and commercial planning, particularly in developing markets.

Before this appointment, he served as Area General Manager for Japan at Accor, overseeing a portfolio of properties, including Grand Mercure Ise Shima. Earlier, he held General Manager roles across several Accor properties, including Pullman Vung Tau in Vietnam. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 15 hotel openings.

New hotel to support Ninh Binh’s tourism growth

The 283-key Pullman Ninh Binh will be located in the centre of Ninh Binh and is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers.

In his role, De Brito will oversee hotel operations and strategy, including team development and positioning the property within the regional market. The hotel will offer spaces designed for meetings, social interaction and guest experiences aligned with the Pullman brand.

Commenting on his appointment, he said he looks forward to working with the team to establish the hotel as a hub for travellers and the local community, while contributing to the destination’s development.
