Novotel Mumbai Elevates Sugandh Ahuja to Director of Operations

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the promotion of Sugandh Ahuja to the position of director of operations. Sugandh, who previously served as rooms division manager, comes with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In her new position, she will oversee multiple departments, focusing on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance along with strategic planning. Sugandh has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving financial performance at various hotel properties.

Sugandh Ahuja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies. She has further honed her skills through several programs, including the Accor Mini Master (General Manager Development) Program and the Accor India Leadership Program (IELP). Sugandh is highly proficient in key hospitality management systems such as Resa Web Opera PMS and Revenue Management. When Sugandh isn’t immersed in work, she loves to unwind by traveling to new destinations and exploring different cultures.
