This undertaking significantly enriches OYO’s service portfolio by introducing an enhanced guest experience through innovative features like Quick Check-in on the OYO app. Additionally, OYO has introduced a new tag on its app to streamline the process of finding and booking these premium properties, simplifying the booking process, as stated in the company’s release.

In partnership with the creative agency Moonshot, co-founded by Tanmay Bhat and Devaiah Bopanna, OYO’s campaign aims to dispel outdated perceptions and emphasize the brand’s dedication to providing premium experiences for families, friends, solo adventurers, and all types of travellers. The advertisement was crafted by Tanmay Bhat, Devaiah Bopanna, Puneet Chadha, and Deep Joshi from Moonshot, directed by Rahul Bharti, and produced by Sun City Studios.

The film opens with a young couple, Sunita and Rishabh, sitting with Sunita’s parents and grandmother at the dinner table. When Sunita announces their weekend booking at an OYO hotel, her parents react with surprise, humorously recalling OYO’s past reputation as a “couples hotel.” As the story unfolds, Rishabh invites the entire family, leading to their increasing astonishment. The narrative then reveals the family standing in a luxurious OYO hotel lobby, marvelling at the premium services and elegant surroundings.
