Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new leadership structure to align commercial operations across international markets.
Wesley D’Silva- Appointed as President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Wesley D’Silva has been appointed as the President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In this role, he will be reporting to Jason Montague, who continues to oversee the long-term strategic direction for both cruise brands.
Shawn Tubman- Appointed as Chief Sales Officer at Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Nathan Hickman- Appointed as Chief Sales Officer at Oceania Cruises
The companies have also named Nathan Hickman as Chief Sales Officer for Oceania Cruises and Shawn Tubman as Chief Sales Officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
In their respective roles, they will oversee global sales performance, travel advisor engagement, and commercial development across markets. Hickman will report to Jason Montague, while Tubman will report to Wesley D’Silva.
As part of the commercial alignment, several regional and functional sales leaders will report into the new structure. These include:

Jerod Evans, Vice President, North America Sales, Regent Seven Seas Cruises (reporting to Shawn Tubman)
Melaine Diaz, Vice President, Sales Strategy & Trade Marketing, Regent Seven Seas Cruises (reporting to Shawn Tubman)
Paul Beale, Vice President, UK & Ireland Sales, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Gabriella Fonzo, Senior Director, Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa Sales, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Lisa Pile, Vice President Sales & General Manager, APAC, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Frank Medina, Vice President, LATAM & Brazil Sales, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Additionally, Steve Odell will transition into an ambassador role, supporting both brands with strategic initiatives and industry engagement.
The leadership changes come amid ongoing developments for both cruise lines. Oceania Cruises recently reported strong booking activity for its upcoming ship, Oceania Sonata, and has outlined plans for five Sonata Class ships scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2037. Meanwhile, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce Seven Seas Prestige later this year, marking the brand’s first new ship class in a decade, with three additional Prestige Class vessels planned for delivery between 2030 and 2036.
