Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar Appoints Divya Bhadauria as People & Culture Manager

Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has appointed Divya Bhadauria as People & Culture Manager, effective July 13, 2026.

In her new role, Divya will oversee the hotel’s People & Culture function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. She will also focus on employee experience and talent development in alignment with the values of Mercure Hotels and Accor.

Divya brings over 10 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality sector. Prior to this appointment, she served as Human Resources Manager at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, part of Marriott International, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, training initiatives, payroll coordination, and employee engagement programmes.

Her previous experience also includes roles at Clarks Avadh Lucknow, Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow, and Saraca Lucknow. She holds professional certifications including Marriott International Ignite Train the Trainer, Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT), and Embark Certified professional.

According to Amit Kapoor, General Manager, the appointment is expected to support the hotel’s focus on employee engagement and people practices.
