APPOINTMENT
Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach (Accor) has announced the appointment of Rajnish Sharma as its new Food & Beverage Manager.

Rajnish has held food and beverage leadership positions at companies such as Marriott International, Hilton, The Leela, and Sheraton. In his most recent role at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, he managed operations across five dining outlets and a 21,000 sq. ft. convention center. His responsibilities included banquet management, cost control, staff training, and organizing promotional events aligned with business goals.
In his new role at Novotel Hotel Juhu Beach, Rajnish will focus on key areas such as:
Designing guest-centered dining programs
Managing operational costs and revenue growth
Enhancing vendor relations and supporting sustainable sourcing
Developing team capabilities and improving service processes
Strategic Alignment
This appointment aligns with Accor’s broader efforts to build its food and beverage capabilities in India by bringing in professionals with relevant experience in operational planning, team management, and guest services.
As the hospitality landscape evolves, Rajnish’s role will support Accor’s focus on delivering consistent F&B operations that meet business needs and guest expectations.
