APPOINTMENT
Noormahal Palace, Karnal, has announced the appointment of Chef Manish Sharma as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Manish brings over two decades of culinary experience. He started his career at The Oberoi Udaivilas and since then has worked with renowned brands including The Taj Group, Sheraton Udaipur, and Radisson Blu Udaipur,
In his new role as Executive Chef, Manish will be responsible for guiding menus, mentoring kitchen teams, sourcing ingredients, and crafting dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and large-scale celebrations.
