New Director of Operations Appointed at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli

APPOINTMENT

Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli has announced the appointment of Pramod Singh Kanyal as Director of Operations.

Pramod brings over 16 years of experience in food and beverage management, restaurant operations and event services. He has worked in key leadership roles with renowned brands including Accor, Marriott International, Starwood and Hyatt.

He holds extensive expertise in operations , elevating guest satisfaction, generating revenue growth and operations.

Across his career, Pramod has managed diverse teams and introduced new service practices to improve both efficiency and guest experience.

In his new role as Director of Operations, Pramod will oversee the hotel’s operational functions and support service standards across departments. His role will include strengthening processes, improving workflow and ensuring that the hotel continues to meet the expectations of business and leisure guests.
