Prapaijit Thongma, General Manager of Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, said the opening represents Centara’s entry into Nepal and reflects the brand’s intention to offer experiences that highlight local culture while delivering Thai-inspired service standards.

Situated in the hills of Kaskikot, the resort offers views of the Annapurna Range and Machhapuchhre. The property features 42 rooms, suites, and villas designed to combine contemporary comfort with Nepali design elements. Facilities include multiple dining venues, a bar and lounge, a tea house, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and Cense by Spa Cenvaree, offering wellness therapies, yoga, and sound-healing sessions.

Guests can also participate in curated experiences beyond the resort, including guided village walks, hikes along the Sarangkot Loop, paragliding over Phewa Lake, and trekking routes leading towards Annapurna Base Camp.

The resort focuses on supporting local livelihoods and sustainable tourism initiatives, thereby contributing to community engagement and regional development.

To coincide with the opening, Centara has introduced the Spirit of the Himalayas opening offer. The package includes Stay 3, Pay 2 benefits, complimentary airport transfers, and CentaraThe1 member privileges, such as an additional 15% savings and triple CentaraThe1 points.

The offer is available for bookings until 31 March 2026, with stays valid until 30 April 2026.
