The Aaureum Resort Bhilwara to Open Minorii, Its First Dining Venue, on January 15

The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre is set to open Minorii, its first dining venue, on January 15. The all-day restaurant marks the start of the resort’s food and beverage offerings and is a pure-vegetarian dining space serving Indian and international cuisines.

Designed to be welcoming and comfortable, Minorii offers an à la carte menu featuring a range of vegetarian dishes, available throughout the day. The restaurant’s interiors feature warm tones, a minimalist aesthetic, and a spacious layout, making it suitable for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for both in-house guests and city visitors.

Sharing details about the launch, Yash Singhvi, Director, Yash Real Mart Pvt. Ltd., said the aim was to introduce a vegetarian diner in Bhilwara that offers variety while remaining familiar, with a menu spanning Indian favourites and global flavours.

Rahul Choudhary, Director, Navkar Group, added that Minorii plays a key role in shaping the dining experiences at The Aaureum. As the property’s first restaurant, it reflects the calm, accessible atmosphere the resort aims to provide for guests and local visitors alike.

Sandeep Maitraya

Highlighting the culinary approach, Sandeep Maitraya, Founder and Director of Crimson Hotels, said that Minorii has been designed as an approachable all-day diner that will help define the culinary identity of The Aaureum.

With its focus on relaxed dining and a chef-curated vegetarian menu, Minorii represents the first step in the resort’s broader food and beverage plans. The restaurant will welcome guests from January 15 at The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara.
