The hotel’s backyard swimming pool turns the property into a stunning tropical oasis. Guests can enjoy two food and beverage experiences: Cafe Fika, an all-day dining cafe offering a curated selection of speciality coffee in partnership with the locally renowned coffee brand in Goa, G Shot Coffee Roasters. Cafe Fika also has light bites and freshly baked goods. Additionally, Minimalist Panjim introduces a new concept: the craft cocktail bar called MCC (Minimalist Cocktail Club), serving cocktails and small plates, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
