Singapore Airlines Hits Severe Turbulence. One Dead, Scores Injured

Due to significant turbulence, a Singapore Airlines flight from London was compelled to execute an emergency landing in Bangkok today. The airline has reported that one passenger succumbed to injuries on board, while approximately 30 others sustained injuries during the incident.

According to a statement provided by the airline to Reuters, the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which was carrying 211 passengers and 18 crew members, was en route to Singapore when the decision to make an emergency landing was made.
