Miami International Airport Introduces Airport-Wide CLEAR Concierge Service
Miami International Airport has become the first airport in the United States to offer Concierge Powered by CLEAR as an airport-wide service available to all travellers.
The new programme is designed to provide personalised assistance throughout the airport journey, helping passengers move from curb to gate and back with dedicated support.
The launch comes as Miami-Dade County prepares to welcome millions of visitors for major upcoming events including America250 celebrations and the FIFA World Cup.
CLEAR Concierge Service Expands Support for Travellers
CLEAR said the service offers personalised airport assistance for both departing and arriving passengers.
The programme includes:
- Personal guidance through the terminal
- Baggage assistance
- Support from curb to gate
- Arrival assistance after landing
- Airport navigation support
The service is available to all travellers using Miami International Airport and is not limited to CLEAR+ members.
Service Designed for Different Traveller Needs
According to CLEAR, the programme is intended to assist a wide range of passengers including families, international visitors, business travellers and elderly passengers.
Dedicated CLEAR Ambassadors will be stationed throughout the airport to help travellers navigate their journey and provide on-the-ground support.
The company stated that the goal is to create a more predictable and comfortable airport experience during periods of high passenger demand.
Miami International Airport Prepares for Increased Visitor Traffic
Daniella Levine Cava said the new concierge programme supports ongoing efforts to improve convenience across the airport experience.
She noted that the service arrives at an important time as Miami prepares to host millions of visitors for major international events in the coming months.
Builds on Earlier Airport Technology Investments
The concierge service follows the introduction of biometric eGates at Miami International Airport earlier this year.
The biometric system allows CLEAR+ members to verify their identity in less than five seconds before proceeding to physical security screening.
According to CLEAR, the new concierge programme complements these technology upgrades by adding personalised assistance throughout the airport journey.
CLEAR Highlights Hospitality and Travel Efficiency
Kyle McLaughlin said airports play an important role in shaping visitors’ first and last impressions of a destination.
He stated that the new service focuses on improving travel efficiency while emphasising hospitality and customer support.
Service Pricing and Availability
Concierge Powered by CLEAR is available for both departing and arriving passengers at Miami International Airport.
Pricing starts at $99 for departure assistance and $199 for arrival assistance.
Travellers do not need a CLEAR+ membership to use the service at Miami International Airport.
