Mews has been selected as one of the preferred property management system (PMS) providers for The Originals Human Hotels & Resorts, the largest hotel cooperative in France. The partnership extends modern hospitality technology to a network of more than 320 independent hotels across the country.

The collaboration builds on a successful relationship that began in 2021, when 14 member hotels adopted the Mews hospitality operating system. Following positive results, the cooperative is now making Mews available to its entire network through preferential pricing and exclusive promotional offers.

Mews to Support Independent Hotels Across France

Hotels joining the platform will gain access to a cloud-based, French-language-enabled PMS designed to simplify daily operations and improve guest experiences. The system integrates with more than 1,000 hospitality applications through the Mews Marketplace, including booking engines, channel managers and other hotel technology solutions.

Properties can also use Payments and POS to automate payment processing, streamline operations and generate additional revenue beyond room bookings.

Technology Designed for Independent Hospitality

The Originals Hotels CEO Olivier Dufit said technology should simplify hotel operations and allow teams to spend more time creating memorable guest experiences. Feedback from hotels already using Mews highlighted the platform’s ease of use, reliability and ability to improve commercial performance while reducing administrative tasks.

Mews CEO Matt Welle said the partnership demonstrates how independent hotels can benefit from modern hospitality technology built specifically for their needs rather than enterprise-focused systems.

Strengthening Hotel Operations Through Digital Innovation

The expanded partnership gives independent hotels across France access to scalable cloud technology while preserving their unique identity and personalised guest service. It also reinforces the company’s growing presence in the European hospitality technology market as hotels continue investing in digital transformation.
