Aravind joined the group as a frontline operations executive profile, and he progressed in rules through discipline, engineering efficiency, and structured management practices.
In his new role, he will integrate Metro Group’s real estate development capabilities with its hospitality portfolio, aligning asset creation with scalable hotel operations.
Commenting on the development, Mylsammy said his immediate priority is to bridge development expertise with hospitality execution, focusing on building a system-led platform rather than isolated assets.
