Marina Bay Partners with Disney Cruise Line for Three-Night Sky Show and Two-Month Nautical Celebration
The Marina Bay precinct partners — UOB, Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) — together with Disney Cruise Line, will present a sky show illuminating the Singapore skyline over three nights from 13 to 15 March 2026.
The sky show will be a key highlight of the two-month nautical-themed programme titled “Adventure Begins: A Magical Bay Celebration with Disney Cruise Line”, running from 26 February to 30 April 2026. During this period, visitors to Marina Bay can experience Disney Cruise Line-themed photo installations, activities, promotions, and giveaways, with select privileges available exclusively to UOB cardmembers.
The Marina Bay celebrations are curated ahead of the arrival of the Disney Adventure, Disney Cruise Line’s first cruise ship based in Asia, which will arrive in Singapore and depart on its maiden voyage on 10 March 2026. The ship will feature stories and characters from Disney, Pixar and Marvel, with three- and four-night sailings designed for families and guests of all ages.

Jacquelyn Tan, Head of Group Personal Financial Services at UOB, said the collaboration reflects a shared focus on transforming Marina Bay through partnerships that enhance retail, dining and travel experiences, while strengthening engagement with visitors to the precinct and Disney fans across the region.
An Adventure Begins

Set against the Marina Bay waterfront, with landmarks illuminated in blue, the sky show will take place at 8.30 pm on 13, 14 and 15 March 2026. The 10-minute presentation will feature fireworks choreographed to music inspired by Disney Cruise Line, visible from multiple vantage points across the Marina Bay precinct. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the display from locations throughout the area rather than congregating at a single spot.
The sky show will take audiences on a visual journey through the Disney Adventure’s seven themed areas — Disney Imagination Garden, Toy Story Place, San Fransokyo Street, Town Square, Wayfinder Bay, Disney Discovery Reef and Marvel Landing — accompanied by music including “When You Wish Upon A Star”, “Let It Go”, “Under the Sea” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”.

In recognition of Singapore as the homeport of the Disney Adventure, the show will also incorporate local elements, blending Disney Cruise Line and nautical motifs with Peranakan-inspired designs and references to Singapore’s national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.

Sarah Fox, Vice President and Regional General Manager, Southeast Asia, Disney Cruise Line, said the arrival of the Disney Adventure marks an important milestone for the cruise line in the region and reflects ongoing collaborations in Singapore.
Experiences Across Marina Bay

From 26 February to 30 April 2026, visitors can enjoy themed retail, dining and travel experiences across Marina Bay. Seven locations — UOB Main Branch, Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Gardens by the Bay, JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, One Fullerton, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, and Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore — will host Disney Cruise Line-inspired photo spots linked to the ship’s seven themed areas.
UOB customers visiting these locations can take part in activities to collect limited-edition Disney Adventure-themed medallions. UOB cardholders who spend a minimum of S$100 at participating locations, excluding the UOB Main Branch, will qualify for a lucky draw, with the top prize being a three-night cruise on the Disney Adventure.
UOB TMRW will launch a Disney Cruise Line-themed in-app game in March 2026, available in the Rewards+ tab. Available to UOB customers across ASEAN, the game lets participants earn points by tapping themed medallions and completing banking transactions, such as payments and opening new accounts. Over seven weeks, one winner from each of five markets — Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam — will be selected to win a three-night cruise holiday on the Disney Adventure. Additional rewards include Disney Cruise Line-themed merchandise and limited-edition UOB-designed luggage sets.
Bay Precinct Partnership
The activation is part of the third edition of the Marina Bay Precinct Partnership, led by UOB, Marina Bay Sands, and STB, with support from partners across the Bay. More than 70 restaurants, hotels, retailers and attractions will participate by offering UOB card promotions, including discounts of up to 50 per cent. Details are available on UOB’s and STB’s campaign websites.

Irene Lin, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (Resort Marketing) at Marina Bay Sands, said the collaboration reflects ongoing efforts to develop Marina Bay through coordinated programming across hotels, attractions and public spaces.

Kenneth Lim, Assistant Chief Executive (Marketing Group) at the Singapore Tourism Board, added that such partnerships create shared experiences for visitors and residents while supporting Singapore’s tourism offerings.
The latest initiative builds on earlier Marina Bay Precinct Partnership campaigns, which recorded growth in foreign card spending during previous activations. These outcomes highlight the impact of coordinated collaboration in driving visitor engagement across shopping, dining, and travel in the Marina Bay area.
