Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Manish Dayya as General Manager.
With a career spanning over 27 years in the hospitality industry, Manish brings expertise across operations, commercial acumen, people-first leadership, innovation-led strategy, sustainability, and guest experience.
He was previously appointed as General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. During his tenure, the hotel saw a gradual increase in revenue generation, and it was recognized as India’s first Green Key certified property.
The seasoned hospitality professional has held key leadership roles within the Accor brand at renowned properties like Novotel Hyderabad, and Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.
