Grand Mercure Bangalore has announced the appointment of Nilesh Kumar as the new Food & Beverage Manager.

Nilesh holds over a decade of experience, having worked across renowned properties. His career includes tenures at Taj West End, Sheraton Grand Whitefield, and The Oberoi, Bengaluru, where he delivered guest experiences, implemented service enhancement strategies, and managed pre-openings.
Nilesh brings expertise in operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, luxury hospitality, guest experience management, and leading high-performing teams.
He joins Grand Mercure Bangalore from Renaissance Bengaluru Racecourse Hotel, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, spearheading daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, optimizing profitability, and elevating service standards.
