APPOINTMENT
Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road have announced the appointment of Manik Kalsotra as the new Multi Property Director of Sales.
In this role, he will be responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives across both properties, with a focus on strengthening client engagement, enhancing revenue opportunities, and driving business development efforts.
Manik brings over 13 years of experience in sales and business development within the hospitality sector. His professional journey includes key leadership positions with well-known hotel groups such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group. Over the years, he has worked across areas such as competitive analysis, business intelligence, customer relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
In his new role, Manik will oversee sales and marketing operations, guide strategic planning, and support market expansion for Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru. His responsibilities include implementing effective sales strategies and sustaining long-term business associations.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is passionate about playing badminton, travelling, and keeping up with current business developments.
