Expansion strengthens presence in Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra, expanding its presence in one of the country’s key leisure destinations.

With this addition, the company’s portfolio in Maharashtra now includes 29 hotels, comprising 15 operational properties and 14 in various stages of development.

New resort to cater to leisure and events

The upcoming property will feature 50 rooms along with facilities such as a restaurant, banquet space, meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. The property is being designed to accommodate leisure travellers, as well as events including weddings and corporate retreats.

Located in the Sahyadri hills, the resort offers connectivity to nearby transport hubs. It is situated approximately 69 km from Navi Mumbai International Airport and around 5.8 km from Lonavala Railway Station, providing access for travellers from Mumbai and surrounding regions.

The signing reflects Lemon Tree Hotels’ continued expansion in regional leisure markets across India.
