Founded in San Francisco in 1981, Kimpton is known for its design-focused hotels that serve as community spaces. The Riyadh opening represents the brand’s entry into the regional market, responding to the demand for lifestyle-driven hospitality. Spread across 16 floors, the hotel includes four dining venues, an outdoor pool deck, a health club, and meeting and event spaces.
