APPOINTMENT
The Den Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Karthikeyan K as its new Executive Chef.

He brings over two decades of culinary experience and expertise in Indian and European cuisines to the hotel.
His career includes tenures with renowned hospitality brands such as Taj Group of Hotels (India), Lotus Hotel (Dubai), Radisson Blu Carlson Group, Westin, Le Méridien, JW Marriott, Renaissance, and Hilton.
In his new role at At The Den Bengaluru, Chef Karthikeyan will aim to redefine the culinary identity of the hotel. He will head the culinary team, drive menu innovation, and bring in unique offerings.
Excited for his new role Chef Karthikeyan said, “I’m thrilled to join The Den Bengaluru and look forward to enhancing the culinary experience for our guests. With my team’s support, I aim to create memorable dining moments that celebrate authenticity, local ingredients, and sustainability.”
