JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa Appoints Kashmira Sahu as Director of Operations

JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort and Spa has appointed Kashmira Sahu as Director of Operations.

In her new role, she will oversee all hotel functions, focusing on driving operational performance and enhancing guest experience across key touchpoints. Her responsibilities include managing core departments such as front office, housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage, while ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

Kashmira Sahu brings nearly two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, with prior associations including Marriott International, Indian Hotels Company Limited, and The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts.

She began her career in front office operations and has since developed cross-functional expertise across rooms, housekeeping, and guest services. Most recently, she held senior leadership roles including Director of Rooms.

Commenting on her appointment, Kashmira Sahu said, “I am delighted to take on this role and look forward to strengthening operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences with the team.”
