Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport Strengthens Leadership Team 

Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced the promotion of Avinash Chandola to Rooms Division Manager and the appointment of Anju Rathore as Front Office Manager.

Avinash Chandola- Promoted to Rooms Division Manager

Avinash Chandola steps into his new role after serving as Front Office Manager. He brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been involved in front office operations, guest satisfaction initiatives, and team management at the property.

In his expanded role, he will oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, focusing on coordination between departments, guest feedback, and loyalty engagement through Marriott Bonvoy. His responsibilities also include driving operational efficiency and supporting team development.

Commenting on his promotion, Avinash Chandola said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to grow within the Marriott International. This new role allows me to further contribute towards creating seamless, personalised and dependable guest journeys, while strengthening collaboration across departments.”

Anju Rathore- Appointed as Front Office Manager


Anju Rathore joins as Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, bringing over 12 years of experience in front office operations and guest experience management.

She will lead front office functions, including managing arrivals and departures, guest engagement, and service delivery aligned with brand standards. Her role involves overseeing high-volume operations and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain service consistency.
