JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Faheem Qureshi as MasterChef at BarQat, the hotel’s Indian speciality restaurant.
JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has appointed Chef Faheem Qureshi as MasterChef at BarQat. He brings over 10 years of culinary experience across luxury hotels and speciality restaurants.
Chef Faheem holds extensive expertise in leading kitchen operations, menu development, culinary execution, Indian cuisine, banquet operations, SOP implementation, staff training, pre-opening kitchen operations, and team leadership.
He has held key culinary positions at renowned properties including JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai, and Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality.
In this role, Chef Faheem will focus on implementing strong kitchen systems with a vision to evolve the culinary programme at the restaurant.
