Jitender Singh Appointed as New L&D Head at Tamara Leisure Experiences

Tamara Leisure Experiences has announced the appointment of Jitender Singh as Head of Learning & Development.

This appointment marks a significant move by the company to improve its talent development strategy.

Jitender holds more than 17 years of experience across top hospitality companies. His professional portfolio includes stints at Reliance Industries, IHCL (Taj), Hilton, and The Oberoi Group.

His contributions have been recognized internationally, notably as the Best Hospitality Personnel by the International Hospitality Council, London in 2021, and among the Top 20 Most Impactful L&D Leaders by Transformance.

He also holds the Iconic Business Leadership Award from Dynergic Business Solutions.

Jitender will foster new and impactful learning initiatives aligned with the brand’s vision of responsible and purposeful hospitality.

An alumnus of HNB Garhwal University, he brings knowledge of creating learning experiences that transform organisations and empower individuals. At Tamara, he will focus on embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth that supports both employees and business objectives.
