ITC Windsor appoints Ajay Das as Front Office Manager

ITC Windsor has announced the appointment of Ajay Das as Front Office Manager.
Das brings over a decade of experience in hospitality operations and guest services, with expertise across front office management, reservations, guest engagement, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee front office operations, guest engagement initiatives, and service delivery at the hotel.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Front Office Manager at ITC Kohenur, where he was involved in front office operations and guest service initiatives. His professional experience also includes roles at ITC Kakatiya, Welcomhotel Coimbatore, and ITC Mughal, along with exposure to central reservations functions for ITC Hotels across India.
Das is an alumnus of the ITC Hospitality Management Institute, Gurgaon. His experience includes working with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, ORS, and Talisma.
According to the company, his responsibilities will include managing front office operations and supporting service standards in alignment with the hotel’s operational objectives.
