APPOINTMENT
ITC Gardenia has announced the appointment of Chef Sandeep Kapoor as the new Executive Chef.

In his new role, Chef Kapoor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall kitchen operations, strategic planning, and culinary execution.
An ITC Hotels veteran, Chef Kapoor brings over 17 years of extensive experience, including a significant tenure at ITC Grand Chola.
Prior to this appointment, Chef Kapoor was heading the MICE culinary operations at ITC Grand Chola, where he led large-scale banquet and event dining. .
An alumnus of the IHM Kolkata, Chef Kapoor brings strong technical expertise. At ITC Gardenia, he will further strengthen the hotel’s commitment to deliver thoughtfully elevated gastronomic experiences.
