Artisan Stories Festival Brings Art and Dining Together

Artisan Stories Explores Art and Gastronomy in Danang

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort will host Artisan Stories, a six-day festival centred on the theme of art and gastronomy, from 6 to 11 June 2026. Set within the resort on the Son Tra Peninsula, the programme brings together chefs, mixologists and creative professionals through a series of dining experiences, collaborations and live performances.

At the centre of the programme is Bensley + Le Squer: The Art of Joie de Vivre, a two-night experience at La Maison 1888. The collaboration brings together the visual work of Bill Bensley and the cuisine of Chef Christian Le Squer, with the concept shaped around the interaction between art and food.

Dining Experiences and Collaborations

The festival includes a series of curated dining events across the resort. At La Maison 1888, Chef Christian Le Squer will present menus alongside insights into his approach to cooking, followed by collaborative evenings that incorporate Bill Bensley’s artwork.

At Tingara, the programme features a “Six Hands Dinner” series that brings together guest chefs from Hong Kong and Vietnam alongside the in-house culinary team. Meanwhile, the L_o_n_g Bar will host a cocktail showcase featuring guest mixologist Ohm Supapat, highlighting regional ingredients.

Programme Highlights

The schedule includes an opening beachfront event with live cooking and entertainment, a brunch experience, themed dinners, cocktail evenings, and closing-night dining. Each event is designed to bring together different elements of food, drink and creative expression.

The festival also reflects a broader approach to travel experiences that combine dining with cultural and creative elements, while highlighting Danang’s position within the regional hospitality and tourism landscape.
