InnKey Partners with Marriott International to Support Series by Marriott Hotels in India

InnKey has partnered with Marriott International to support the rollout of Series by Marriott across India. The collaboration begins with 84 operational hotels and 31 upcoming properties, with plans to extend into additional emerging markets. Series by Marriott is a global collection of independent regional brands offering locally aligned experiences supported by consistent operational systems.

InnKey’s cloud-native enterprise platform will connect front-of-house operations through its Property Management System (PMS), integrating with Marriott Bonvoy, the Central Reservation System, and other brand-level technologies. The partnership aims to enhance data connectivity, operational efficiency, and property-level decision-making while allowing each hotel to retain its regional identity.

Leaders from both organizations noted that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to using technology that supports reliable operations, secure data, and guest-focused services.
