New Asst. HR Director Appointed at Two Marriott Properties in Bengaluru

Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, have announced the appointment of Rajani Aiyappa as the new Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Rajani brings with her over a decade diverse experience in hospitality HR management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Rajani joins Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, from her prior appointment at Four Points by Sheraton, Bengaluru, where she most recently served as Human Resources Manager.

She began her HR career at Manipal Hospitals, then later transitioned to the hospitality sector with Berggruen Hotels, where she grew in ranks and became Team Leader – Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, compliance, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.

In her new role as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road Bengaluru, Rajani will oversee HR strategy, talent development, compliance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
