IHCL Recognised at ICSI National Awards 2025 for Corporate Governance
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has been recognised as the ‘Best Governed Company in Listed Segment – Large Category’ across key sectors at the ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance 2025.
The recognition reflects IHCL’s continued focus on building organizational systems, supported by ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance with governance practices.
The ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance recognises organisations and professionals who demonstrate high standards of corporate governance through ethical leadership, transparent processes and responsible practices.
The award was evaluated by jury chaired by Hon’ble Dr. Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, Former Chief Justice of India.
