IHCL Celebrates Four Years of Taj InnerCircle and NeuPass

Anniversary offers rolled out across hotel portfolio

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) is marking four years of its Taj InnerCircle integrated with the NeuPass loyalty programme, with a set of anniversary offers for members across its hotel portfolio.

According to Parveen Chander Kumar, Executive Vice President – Commercial, IHCL, the programme reflects the company’s focus on creating connected and consistent guest experiences across its brands.

Member benefits across stays, dining and wellness

To mark the milestone, members can access benefits across IHCL brands, including Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger, Tree of Life and amã Stays & Trails, as well as the Claridges Collection.

The anniversary offer includes savings of up to 20% on stays with breakfast, dining at hotel restaurants, and wellness services such as spa and salon treatments. Members can also earn 2X NeuCoins on eligible bookings and spend during their stay.

The offer is valid for bookings made between 20 March and 20 April 2026, with travel available until 30 September 2026 across participating hotels.

Through this initiative, IHCL continues to engage with its loyalty members while promoting travel and on-property experiences across its network.
