IHCL Expands Presence with Seventh Taj Hotel in Bengaluru

New Taj Hotel in Bengaluru Joins IHCL Family

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its seventh Taj hotel in Bengaluru.

During the event, Ms Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Development at IHCL, stated, “This agreement aligns with IHCL’s strategy to enhance our presence in major cities and meet the increasing demand for MICE and weddings. Being a significant IT and business centre, Bengaluru provides an ideal environment for generating interest in leisure getaways and events that are conveniently located within driving distance of the city. We are thrilled to partner with BCM GROUP and Rajesh Mehta on this venture and are eager to offer the distinctive Taj experience.”

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 20 hotels in Karnataka including 7 under development

The Taj resort covers 14 acres of green land and has over 225 rooms situated close to the city’s main attractions. Guests can choose from various dining options, including an all-day diner, two speciality restaurants, a poolside area, and a lounge bar. The hotel also offers a 20,000 sq. ft. ballroom, 11 meeting rooms, and other banquet spaces. Additionally, guests can relax and rejuvenate at the gym, health club, swimming pool, and treatment rooms.
