Shivankar Kodesia Appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Place Hampi

Hyatt Place Hampi has appointed Shivankar Kodesia as General Manager, effective May 10, 2026. He brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality operations and leadership, with a background spanning food and beverage and overall hotel management.

In his new role, Kodesia will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including performance management, service standards, and strategic execution. His responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with brand expectations, and leading cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and service consistency.

Kodesia has built his career across several international hospitality brands. His early roles included leadership positions in food and beverage at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi and DoubleTree by Hilton. He later served as Director of Food and Beverage at Radisson Noida, Radisson Blu Indore, and Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, where he managed multi-outlet operations and service delivery.

Prior to this appointment, he was Director of Operations at Radisson Blu Guwahati, where he oversaw hotel operations with a focus on structured processes, team development, and performance improvement.

Kodesia holds an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism from IMI Switzerland and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow. His leadership approach focuses on operational discipline, team capability building, and delivering consistent guest experiences.

His appointment reflects the continued emphasis on experienced leadership to drive operational performance and support business objectives at Hyatt Place Hampi.
