Hyatt Centric Janakpuri Marks Start of Christmas Season with Traditional Cake Mixing Event

Hyatt Centric Janakpuri marked the beginning of the Christmas season by hosting a traditional cake mixing event for guests, media representatives, influencers, and hotel patrons.
The ceremony was led by Pastry Chef Kamal Kishore, who guided participants through the preparation of the mixture using dried fruits, nuts, and spices, symbolising the start of the hotel’s seasonal culinary activities.

Anirudh Sanjeev, General Manager, Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, shared: “Seeing everyone come together for something as joyful as cake mixing really sets the tone for the season. It’s a small tradition, but it brings a lot of happiness, and I am glad we could celebrate it with our guests and our team.”
Chef Kamal added, “Cake mixing is more than a tradition; it’s the start of a story. Watching our guests get hands-on with the ingredients that will soon become our festive cakes is always a special moment.”
Following the ceremony, attendees were offered a hi-tea service that included a range of sweet and savoury items such as Crumbled Corn & Asparagus Bouchées, French Madeleines, and Pistachio Biscotti.

The event concluded with informal interactions among attendees, marking the start of the festive season at the property.
