Hyatt Ahmedabad Announces Three New Leadership Promotions
Hyatt Ahmedabad has announced three new leadership promotions into expanded roles across Human Resources, Revenue, and Rooms
Division.
Anshita Detha- Promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources

Anshita Detha has been promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources, bringing with her a decade of experience within the Hyatt brand. She began her journey at Hyatt Ahmedabad in 2016 as a Learning Coordinator and has since held key roles at prominent properties including Park Hyatt Hyderabad. Returning to Hyatt Ahmedabad in 2023 as HR Manager, Anshita has played a vital role in strengthening people practices and culture.
In her expanded role, she will focus on shaping people strategy, fostering organizational culture, and supporting long-term growth across divisions. Guided by values of respect and integrity, she adopts a proactive leadership approach aimed at anticipating challenges and driving meaningful impact.
Commenting on her elevation, Anshita said, “This elevation is a milestone that reflects both my growth and the trust Hyatt places in me to drive people strategy with greater impact.”
Naved Chaudhry Elevated to Cluster Revenue Manager

Naved Chaudhry has been promoted from Revenue Manager to Cluster Revenue Manager, overseeing revenue strategy for both Hyatt Ahmedabad and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala.
Naved brings 14 years of hospitality industry experience, including three years with Hyatt, holding strong analytical and strategic expertise.
In his elevated role, Naved will lead cross-property revenue planning, aligning business goals across both the properties.
Reflecting on his elevation, he shared, “This elevation is a reflection of consistent growth and trust earned over time.”
Shezad Nagori- Promoted to Room Division Manager

Shezad Nagori has been promoted from Front Office Manager to Room Division Manager.
Shezad brings over 15 years of experience across multiple cities with renowned hospitality brands. He holds extensive expertise in operational excellence, elevating guest experiences, and front office operations.
In his new role, Shezad will oversee room division operations with a focus on service excellence.
Speaking on his promotion, he noted, “Moving closer to where I’m meant to be.”
