Hotel Sonar Bangla Group has announced the appointment of Chef Kumarjyoti Chakraborty as the new Corporate Chef.
Chef Chakraborty is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He brings expertise in operational excellence, team leadership, and innovative menu development.
Chef Chakraborty has held key leadership positions with renowned hotels such as Quality Inn, Peerless Inn, Sarovar Hotels, Concept Hospitality, Pride Group of Hotels, ITC Fortune, Park Plaza, Swosti Group of Hotels, and Heritage Park Hotel (Pacific region).
In his new role at Hotel Sonar Bangla, Chef Kumarjyoti will oversee culinary operations across the group, focusing on enhancing food quality standards, introducing contemporary culinary concepts, strengthening kitchen operations, and mentoring culinary teams.
